Darling Diva Polish - Glow In The Dark Polishes Swatches & Review

Good afternoon to all my beautiful readers! Today I have 4 beautiful glow in the dark polishes by Darling Diva Polish for your viewing pleasure :) ! For anyone wondering or who may not know much about glow in the dark polishes, you have to "charge" your nails using some sort of light source for a brighter glow. Artificial lighting charges the glow very well, but if you plan on taking photos of the nails you will need a stronger light source. I used my nail dryer that has UV lights in it for maximum glow but there are alternates to this.

 

First up is Lucky Star which is apart of her Madonna inspired collection. This polish consists of black and neon green stars, and various sizes of neon pink square glitters in a white crelly base. My swatches are 3 coats worn alone.

Next up is Firefly which is also apart of the Madonna collection, and this polish consists of holographic blue and teal glitters, and iridescent glitters in a yellowish-green jelly base. This polish is meant to be layered over light colors, but my swatches are 3 coats worn alone.

 

This is Moon Beam which consists of holographic blue, teal, and iridescent glitters in a blue jelly base. My swatches are 3 coats worn alone, but it can be opaque in only 2 :). 

 

Last, but definitely not least is Will-o-the-Wisp which consists of a wide variety of pink glitters of different finishes in a pink crelly base. My swatches are 2 coats worn alone.

 

If I had one word to describe these polishes it would be.... AMAZEBALLS! Not only are they gorgeous in bright lighting situations, they are also beautiful in the night. I honestly had so much fun playing with my nails and watching them glow every night before I went to sleep :p! I usually HATE seeing visible nail lines when wearing a polish, and I know that Firefly is supposed to be a top coat, but something about this polish worn alone is so beautiful! I will be doing another update on these polishes layered over other colors to test if it affects the glow, and the different looks you can get out of these polishes :). These polishes were easy to apply and dried fairly quickly, but I occasionally had to do some fishing for stars in Lucky Star.
