Born Pretty Store Clear Nail Wheel Review

It's finally December, and I don't know about you but it's beginning to look and feel a lot like Christmas. My first post for the month isn't holiday related, but I promise you it's good nonetheless ;). Today is part 2 of my Born Pretty Store review, and today's item is nail wheels!

Shipping and Packaging
The package arrived a little over 3 weeks after being sent from their facility in Hong Kong which is their average shipping time. Both items arrived in a large bubble mailer & the nail wheels were wrapped very safely.... perhaps TOO safely! The nail wheels came wrapped in a foam wrapping material that was taped up to make sure nothing cracked. I thought that was a nice idea an very thoughtful. Then when I cut it off I discovered that the little plastic baggy the wheels came in was also taped to death around them. To be honest, I almost broke some plates taking off the second layer of "protection" so be VERY careful when removing it.

Final Thoughts
I really like these wheels. They are very durable and costs just as much as those crummy plates I got from Sally's. The nails on the wheel are also longer which is relevant for me since I have long nails to compare it to. The only negative thing I have to say about the wheels is that some of the nails have a scratched surface (as seen in the last two photos above) and it effects the final look. However, this can be fixed with a good top coat or an extra layer of polish.

The 10 pcs Clear False Nail tips Art Display Practice Wheel costs $6.15 with free shipping, but Daisy has provided me with a coupon for you guys to make the deal even sweeter! If you use the code "SKL91" during checkout, you will receive an additional 10% off your purchase!

Don't forget to stay in touch with the Born Pretty Store for more deals and updates!

  1. Nice! Is this listing just for one wheel? Like do you have to buy more than one if you want more than one wheel? Or does "10 piece" mean 10 wheels? It's a little confusing on the site lol.
