31DC - Day 13: Cheer Up Manicure

Sorry for getting this post up late, but better late than never right?! Day 13's theme was to do your "cheer yourself up" manicure. To be honest, when I'm not in a good mood I don't do my nails at all. So instead I just picked a bright color from my untried polishes, because I think bright colors are cheery :). This is Pink Out Loud by Milani, such a beautiful color!
